Seven years ago, we were producing an average of 1,000 orders a day. A year later
we were running 2,000 orders a day. Now on a peak day we can turn over 350,000
unique items in one day, on one site. On an average day over the Christmas period,
we’ll produce 50,000 unique photo book orders. You just can’t produce those kinds
of results without changing your environment.
Without Site Flow, there’s no way we could get to the scale and the volume that we
see today. We use Site Flow across all of our five sites. With Site Flow, we can control,
batch, gang and complete in one go. It takes away a lot of the old legacy systems
and manual elements of batching the work.
